Some of us are carrying things God never intended for us to pass on—bitterness, anger, shame, fear, unforgiveness.

Pastor Philip reminded us this Sunday that while you may not control what was handed to you, through Christ you can choose what gets passed forward.

The sandal represented redemption.
The backpack represented legacy.

So maybe the question this week is:

What do you need to take out of your backpack before handing it to the next generation?

Today we remember the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Because of their sacrifice, we worship freely, gather with family, and live in the blessings of liberty every day.

This Memorial Day, we honor the fallen, pray for their families, and thank those who have served our nation with courage and honor.

We had such an amazing time at our very first meet up! 💕

So grateful for everyone who came out, connected, laughed, and shared mom stories with us. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait for many more memories together! ✨
