What a wonderful day spent with students!

The day began at Campbell Middle School in Daytona Beach, where President Dr. Albert Mosley, along with students, and faculty from Bethune-Cookman University, gathered through the Community Partnership Schools. It was a meaningful opportunity for Bethune-Cookman students to connect with and invest in the lives of students at Campbell Middle School. I am truly grateful to have been invited to be part of such a special time representing East Central Baptist Network.

It is exciting to see the East Central Baptist Network partnering with Campbell Middle School, creating opportunities for our churches to engage and serve our community for Christ. Special thanks to Principal Owens and Dr. Barry Powell for helping make this possible.

The blessings continued into the evening as I had the privilege of attending College Worship Night at Daytona State College. It was encouraging to see four East Central Baptist Network churches working together with FCA, BCM, and other local churches for this impactful event, where college students responded to the Gospel.

Grateful for how God is moving in our schools and on our campuses!

God worked powerfully through Raceway Ministries at New Smyrna Speedway this past Saturday. We are grateful to Grey and Dawnmarie Scofield for their faithful service in sharing the gospel.

We are so honored to have Dr W***y Rice as our guest for the Association Ministry Conference Tuesday. We meet at FCB Daytona Beach 12 to 1:30pm Who says there’s no free lunch – Chick-fil-A!
As you may know brother W***y will be nominated in Orlando in June for SBC President. This is an opportunity to hear him bring the Word from the word plus a Q & A on Southern Baptist matters! I sure hope you will plan to be with your brothers on this.

What an incredible and impactful mission conference! We were blessed to hear how churches can sponsor a church plant in Africa for just a few dollars a month as David Nelms with The Timothy Initiative shared about the powerful work God is doing through his ministry. Mike Lee inspired us with how any church can host LIFE ACTION Ministries and experience renewal and revival firsthand.

We were also introduced to the “Care For Pastors” ministry by Robby Bolden, a meaningful initiative that promises to strengthen and encourage pastors right here in our own communities.

This gathering truly demonstrated how God is at work locally and globally. The personal, local, and international impact for the Kingdom of our Lord was evident throughout the entire event!

What an amazing weekend for the East Central Baptist Network! God moved in powerful ways across multiple churches and even at the speedway. It’s truly inspiring to see God’s church working together to share the Gospel with the world.
