Congratulations to our graduating seniors Beverley Herne , Sierra Rouse , and Mawa Toure! We are so proud of all you’ve accomplished and excited to see the amazing things you’ll do in the future.

- Beverley will be joining Amazon as a software engineer—cheers to this incredible next step!
- Mawa will be studying and prepping for the LSAT as she pursues her law school dreams—you’ve got this!
- Sierra is still exploring opportunities in international studies, museum curation, and art—we can’t wait to see where your passions take you!

A heartfelt thank you to Pastor Steve Loy, and our advisors Debbie Tate and Dr. John Tichenor for all your support and encouragement throughout this semester. We’re also grateful to Chaplain Todd, Alexandria Belk, and our alumni Grace Norgard for joining us tonight, it was such a blessing have you all with us.

As we look ahead, we’re excited for the future of BCF under the leadership of our continuing executives, Jordyn Dodd, Amy King, and Pearl Dakup. And to our graduating execs—President Beverley Herne and Outreach Leader Mawa Toure, thank you for your dedication and impact! You’ve left a lasting legacy.

Introducing Guest Speaker: Alan Dodson

Alan Dodson is the Executive Director of The Andrew Dodson Go Get’em Foundation.
Blessed with a varied ministerial career, he served several years as a pastor, on the staff of the Kentucky Baptist Convention, and as Vice President of an Israeli tour and missions organization. He frequently speaks to sports, school, and church groups, sharing the inspiring story of his son, Andrew, who passed away at age 17 in April 2023 from a traumatic brain injury he sustained during his inner-team spring football game. He is happily married to Amy, a schoolteacher, and is the father of Allistair, a collegiate minister.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday night! 🙏
