How about taking time out to spend in a tranquil setting right here in DeLand to meditate and center yourself talking to God? We have a path that is just right for this. It is at least 10 degrees cooler in the shades of the trees. Located at 355 N. Kepler Rd, DeLand.

Did you know that The Path located at Church of the Holy Presence (355 N. Kepler Rd) now has a pet memorial garden? You can either intern your beloved pet's cremains in a biodegradable container, or scatter its ashes on the grounds. If interested, just contact us at [email protected]

In this busy world we offer you a tranquil space to do nothing but just sit with God and enjoy nature. "The Path" is open from dawn to dusk 7 days a week at no charge. Come and use the path for your enjoyment, prayer, or exercise. We only ask that you be respectful of The Path, and the tranquility of others who may be on the path. Located at the Church of the Holy Presence at 355 N. Kepler Rd., DeLand. The entrance to The Path is at the edge of the parking lot.

At Holy Presence, we have long felt the call to be a contemplative center in DeLand where people can come and enjoy a peaceful encounter with God. Dedicated to the people and churches of DeLand, “The Path: A tranquil walk with God” is a prayer path in the woods ( 1/3 mile long) open from dawn to dusk to those wishing to spend time with the Lord.

The Path includes fourteen benches, each dedicated to a member of the congregation, with 14 Stations of the Cross, and a central chapel area for weddings and small outdoor gatherings. All are welcome to come and take this walk – stopping at each station for prayer and meditation. This can be a moving experience for individuals or families or even church groups. There is no charge to walking the path. It's simply provided for you to enjoy and for you to experience a tranquil walk with God.

DeLand needs a place where people can go and sit quietly to meet God in this way. For more information regarding The Path, or to book a day retreat for your congregation or your leadership using our tranquil facility, please contact the Church Office at (386) 734-5228.
