Join us for Praise in the Parking Lot, a special combined worship service with New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, DeKalb First United Methodist Church, and Congregational UCC DeKalb!

Our Green Team is hosting a watch party book club, and they picked a good one!

Join us Tuesday, September 22 at 6pm to dig into Bill McKibben's newest book, Here Comes the Sun: A Last Chance for the Climate and a Fresh Chance for Civilization. Good conversation, good company, and some real talk about what it looks like to care for God's creation.

Then, on September 29 at 6pm, we're hosting a Community Watch Party for the live keynote from the 2026 Annual Environment & Spirituality Summit. McKibben will be speaking, and we'll gather here to watch together, then stick around for fellowship and conversation about caring for God's creation.

A few of our folks made it out to Peace Corner this week for a voting rights rally put on by the League of Women Voters of DeKalb County. Good people, good music, and a real reminder of why showing up for your community matters.

Our faith has always had something to say about protecting the right to vote. Glad we got to say it out loud.
