SUNDAY IN CHOCTAW BEACH: The U.S. Marshals Task Force, which includes members of the Walton County Sheriff's Office, arrest a s*x offender for registration violations and perjury.

Scott Hayward Rowe, 43, was arrested at his home on Live Oak Street Sunday afternoon. Rowe had active warrants from our agency for four counts of s*x offender registration violations and perjury.

Rowe was court-ordered to register as a s*x offender after he was convicted of possession of child po*******hy by a member of the military in 2012 in Georgia. In 2015, he was arrested in Okaloosa County for failure to comply with s*x offender registration.

Christmas Cantata 2025! We had a very blessed day. The choir presented the Cantata “Glorious Impossible”followed by a fellowship meal with great food, fellowship and fun!

We had a beautiful backdrop and several of our families took advantage of the photo-Op.
