In August of 2004, Bishop Anthony Pelt and First Lady Millicent Pelt stepped out in faith and planted a

new ministry, (Radiant Living Worship Center), located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Radiant Living Worship Center is establishing itself as a Gatekeeper to the City reaching out to the community and offering the word of God and the love of God to those who are lost. The ministry has grown and God has shown that He is a gracious and caring father.
