Eminent Christians have been eminent in prayer. The deep things of God are learned nowhere else. Great things for God are done by great prayers. He who prays much, studies much, loves much, works much, does much for God and humanity. Romans 13:11-14
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. Nehemiah 5:19 - Think upon me, my God , for good , according to all that I have done for this people .

Isaiah 14:24 - The LORD of hosts hath sworn , saying , Surely as I have thought , so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed , so shall it stand :

From these two scriptures we can readily see how gracious it is for the Lord to think upon us . Our Lord is so powerful and mighty that all He has to do is think it and it will happen ( come to pass ) . So let our requests be made with a faith that believes He can and will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think ( Ephesians 3:20) !
O Lord strengthen our faith and let not our epithet be "O ye of little faith" .

Today is Good Friday, the day set aside as remembrance of the day Jesus suffered for our sins .
May we never forget how much our Lord suffered for the salvation of our souls. Though in reality we cannot comprehend His - SHAME (Hebrews 12:2) , AGONY ( Luke 22:44) BEING MADE SIN & GUILTY THOUGH INNOCENT(2 Corinthians 5:21 / Isaiah 53:6 ) ,
the PAIN of the CROSS, and on top of that the rejection of His people Israel ( John 1:11 ) and being forsaken by all of His disciples ( Matthew 26:56)!
