Proud to join dozens of leaders across the Commonwealth in co-signing this statement denouncing the hateful harassment targeting migrant families in Woburn this past Saturday night.

Massachusetts welcomes all.



Full statement:
We come together as the Task Force to Protect Migrant Families along with leaders across the Commonwealth to denounce the extremist-led hate-driven harassment on Saturday night in Woburn aimed at terrorizing families, including many pregnant women and young children, who have come to our state fleeing political violence and economic upheaval. Here in the Commonwealth, we treat people with compassion and dignity. We will support these families as they seek to create new lives for themselves, becoming our neighbors and part of our state's workforce, and enriching our communities. We will not let hate deter us from acting with humanity, and welcoming people who need our assistance.
