There are moments when life reminds us just how limited our own strength and wisdom can be.

Walking faithfully doesn’t mean having everything figured out or being strong enough by ourselves. It means learning to depend on God, trust His wisdom, and lean on the strength He provides.

When we stop relying only on ourselves, we can find the endurance, patience, and joy that come from Him.

How can we ever “walk worthy” of the Lord?

Paul isn’t saying that we somehow deserve the Lord’s love, grace, or mercy.

To walk worthy means to strive to live according to the Lord’s standards.

To walk appropriately, excellently, and with Christ as our reference point.

Faithful. Loyal. Dedicated. Committed to Jesus Christ.

That’s the kind of brother or sister in Christ we should strive to be.

The church is more than a group of people who meet in the same place. It is a family. And each of us has a responsibility to ask: What kind of brother or sister am I going to be?

Will I encourage others, help others, remain faithful, and live in a way that strengthens the family of God?

Are you physically at worship, but mentally somewhere else?

We can be sitting in the pew while our minds are already at lunch, thinking about the week ahead, or distracted by everything happening around us.

Worship requires more than our presence. It requires our attention.

Are we ready to praise God, listen to His Word, and allow what we hear and sing to truly pe*****te our minds?

Before worship begins, ask yourself: is my mind ready to worship God?

The story of the golden calf is more than a warning about idolatry. It shows what can happen when people stop relying on God’s direction and begin following their own way.

We need God’s guidance, His truth, and ultimately, we need Jesus.

Is your worship being undermined by the way you’re living?

Worship isn’t disconnected from the rest of our lives.

If we know there’s something morally wrong in our lives, the answer isn’t to ignore it and continue as if everything is fine.

It’s to make it right.

Don’t wait for tomorrow to address what you know needs to change today.

When we come to worship, it’s easy to think about the experience from our perspective.

But there is a much more important question: What does God think about our worship?

Throughout Scripture, there were times when people came to worship God, offered sacrifices, sang songs, and gathered together, and yet God was not pleased with what He saw.

So what makes the difference? What should we examine in our own lives when we come before God in worship?
