Truth and Guidance Ministries

Truth and Guidance Ministries The goal and mission of Truth & Guidance Ministries is to present the Bible in the “Spirit of Truth.” Core Doctrinal Beliefs
We Believe: 1. (Ephesians 2:8-9) 5.

Ministry Vision Statement
To proclaim the unchanging truth of God's Word with clarity and power, equipping believers
to walk in holiness, stand firm in sound doctrine, and fulfill the Great Commission until
Christ returns. Ministry Mission Statement
Truth and Guidance Ministries exists to glorify God by faithfully teaching the Scriptures
through expository preaching, nurturing spiritual matur

ity, and equipping believers for
service. We are committed to rightly dividing the Word of truth, confronting error with
love, and training disciples who will impact their homes, churches, and communities for
the Kingdom of God. The Word of God – The Holy Scriptures are the inspired, infallible, and
authoritative Word of God, the final standard for all faith and conduct. (2 Timothy
3:16-17) 2. The Oneness of God – There is only one true and living God who is Spirit (John
4:24), invisible (1 Timothy 1:17), and indivisible (Deuteronomy 6:4). Jesus Christ is the
manifestation of the invisible God in flesh (Colossians 1:15; 1 Timothy 3:16). He is the
Mighty God and the Everlasting Father (Isaiah 9:6) — not a separate person, but the one
God revealed in human form. 3. Jesus Christ – Fully God and fully man, born of a virgin,
who lived a sinless life, died as the perfect sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the
grave, and will return in glory. (John 1:1, 14; Colossians 2:9) 4. Salvation by Grace – We
are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works. The Church – The Body of Christ, made up of all true believers, called to worship,
fellowship, and make disciples of all nations. (Ephesians 4:11-13) 6. The Holy Spirit
The Spirit of God dwelling within believers, empowering them for holy living, guiding them
into all truth, and confirming their identity as God's children. (Romans 8:9-11; John
14:26) 7. Christ’s Return – Jesus will return personally, visibly, and gloriously to judge
the living and the dead, and to establish His eternal Kingdom. (Revelation 22:12)
Ministry Values
Faithfulness – Remaining steadfast to the Word of God regardless of cultural trends. (1
Corinthians 4:2) Integrity – Leading with transparency, honesty, and a pure heart before
God and man. (Proverbs 10:9) Servanthood – Following Christ’s example of humility and
service. (Mark 10:45) Biblical Authority – Submitting all decisions, teachings, and
practices to the authority of Scripture. (Isaiah 8:20) Discipleship – Intentionally
training believers to grow into mature followers of Christ. (Matthew 28:19-20)

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not...... then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the wayside. From Proverbs 4:7 & Matthew 13:18-19

“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.” Hebrews 13:15
But what if the very sacrifice of praise we have been offering unto God is not the sacrifice He requires? What if much of what has been called praise in the churches has been measured more by what men accept than by what God has spoken? The Lord has never desired for His people to remain in ignorance. He has always been faithful to teach, direct, and reveal His will; if His people will hear, listen, obey, and apply what He says through His servants. This lesson is about God bringing clarity to His people, teaching us to praise Him according to His will, not according to our traditions, comfort, our custom, or our preference, but according to what is holy and acceptable unto Him. The command has already been given. We are to offer the sacrifice of praise. We are to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service. And whenever God gives a command, He does not leave the matter undefined—the command is given, and then the instructions follow.

When the scripture commands, “Praise ye the LORD,” it is not speaking vaguely, and it is not leaving the matter to personal imagination. God does not command...
