Pastors Annie and Alex used a fantastic object lesson to demonstrate the rushing wind of Pentecost in our children's story time during the morning worship yesterday. The kids were certainly surprised! Alex Beaube Annie Deaderick-Bush

We're very excited for our students to get such a great missions trip experience at Hinton Rural Life Center this summer! If you haven't already done so, make sure your teen is signed up by May 25!

We are incredibly honored and grateful to have been named Organization of the Year by the Clay County NC Chamber of Commerce. Thank you to the Chamber for this meaningful recognition and for all you do to strengthen and support our local community.

This award is not simply ours—it belongs to every volunteer, donor, church partner, staff member, board member, supporter, and neighbor who has walked alongside Hinton through the years. The work we do is only possible because of the generosity, dedication, and belief of so many people who continue to invest in our mission and in the people we serve.

At Hinton, we believe community is built through relationships, service, and walking alongside our neighbors. We are deeply honored to serve the Chamber, our local communities, and the many individuals and families across our region who make this place so special.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and allowing us to be a small part of the incredible work happening throughout our mountains. We are humbled by this recognition and look forward to continuing to serve together.

With gratitude,
Hinton Rural Life Center
