Resurgence Leadership Foundation Our vision is that cities will be playgrounds filled with citizens anchored in love, honor, and purpose.

We invest in leaders by providing individualized training, executive mentoring, and financial support that drives lasting impact We invest in leaders through the YMC, GeneroCity, Prayer Team, and UMI:

Youth Mentoring Collaborative (YMC): The YMC provides program assessment, mentor certification, administrative support and sponsorship to enhance the youth mentoring program's effectiveness with men

GeneroCity: Nonprofit leaders will participate in virtual and in-person training, executive coaching, and be connected with consultants that lend expertise in building sustainable organizations that address issues in under-resourced communities. Prayer Team: The prayer initiative is comprised of a group of people that makes a special investment to consistently uphold the organization and its partners in prayer. Upward Male Initiative (UMI): The UMI equips male mentoring programs with the information, resources, and networks they need to cultivate impactful and lasting relationships.

What an unforgettable night at the 2026 Mother & Son Sneaker Ball! 👟✨

From the energy in the room to the meaningful moments shared between mothers and sons, this event was a beautiful celebration of love, leadership, connection, and community.

The laughter, fellowship, friendly competition, and incredible sneakers made the evening special, but the greatest highlight was seeing relationships strengthened and memories created that will last far beyond one night.

Thank you to every family, volunteer, mentor, and supporter who helped make this event such a tremendous success. Your presence helped create an atmosphere where young leaders were encouraged, celebrated, and reminded of their value.
