My Mind is an Antenna
An interesting way to think of your mind is as an antenna; NOT so much as a “thinker.”
Our thoughts broadcast out into the world energetically. Whatever we're focused on, comes back to our awareness. Our experiences reflect this.
So, what are we broadcasting?
We all have lots of thoughts. Some thoughts we like, and others-- not so much. But we can learn to tune in to the frequency we like, more and more. If I like what’s happening at 98.6 (ex. "Gratitude"), I just need to set-the-dial (think) in that frequency. If I like "Friendship", that's what I need to focus on. If I want more "Unconditional Love," focus on that.
By choosing what kind of thoughts we give our attention, we are choosing the type of thoughts and experiences we want to have more often. “Whatever we focus on, expands.”
Every time you make an appointment for a session, you have already chosen good thoughts: You want to feel better, be more connected, be at ease, have more clarity, peace, love...
You can build on this momentum, and seek even higher thoughts, again during the session...and afterwards.
Higher thoughts like, “I am at Peace. I am always taken care of. Everything is always working out for me. Life is miraculous. People are kind. We are all Love. I can sense my Inner Guidance. I know who I am and how I serve.”
Clients during sessions often say they have these type of thoughts come back to them, but in a form that's very meaningful and specific to them...like a specific way to approach a challenge they're having, or a new way to view a relationship, that ends up healing it. While we may consciously seek these awarenesses, they feel like they Originate from the Higher Self, because of the truth of them and their unfailing success.
Experiences like this help us see the bigger picture and the longer time frame, to have true peace, and to focus on what we really want--instead of what’s currently happening--and ultimately help us keep creating the world we want to see.
My hope is that it can be that way for everyone. Keep the faith. A new day is dawning!
