Please join us for a service of Memories, Thanks, and a New Future as
we hold our final service at Decatur First Presbyterian Church, Sunday
June 22 at 10:00 am, after 173 years of service.
We will be giving thanks for all that this congregation has done, and
everything that it will do as it joins with the members of the Paw Paw
First Presbyterian Church to create a new yet-to-be named church. This
new ministry will be housed in the Paw Paw facilities.
We hope you can join us for this service of reflection, memories, and
new beginnings.

Friends, family, community members: Please join us for the final worship service in our beautiful sanctuary, NEXT Sunday, June 22 @10:00. Hoping many will join us in giving the building a dignified and loving closure. Bring your memories of weddings, Christmas Eve cantatas, baby baptisms, funerals, and God's loving presence in this Decatur landmark. Join us in the mourning of transition and the hopes for a new congregation which merges Decatur and Paw Paw members. To God be the glory. 🙏

Two walkers from our church, Judy and Leonda, joined 70 others on April 27 in the annual Van Buren County CROP Walk. Their combined $1211 sponsorship donations were added to other walkers' funds to help provide food and clean water to vulnerable populations in their own communities as well as elsewhere around the world. (One special walker Eleanor Dunlop, at 102 years old, has participated in local CROP walk since its inception, 43 years ago.) 👟👟🦶🦶🩴🩴

Presbyterian Women of Decatur and Presbyterian Church of Paw Paw enjoyed the Community Choir spring concert followed by dinner and conversation at LaCantina's.
