Servants Needed!

One of the most important ministries we engage with takes place right here in our own building every week through our CPBC Childcare Center. Each week, we have over 80 children from dozens of families throughout our city who come to our center to receive love, care, and, hopefully, a little taste of what makes CPBC a special place. Our Childcare Center needs your help with their “Fall Fun Day” on Friday, October 30. We need between 6-8 volunteers from CPBC to come help from 9:00 – 10:30 AM, to run game stations and help with face painting and inflatables. Please call Mallory Pirkle at 256-565-2120 to volunteer.

The Decatur Christmas Parade is coming up on December 7th, and this year’s theme is “A Merry Musical Christmas!” We have served hot cocoa annually and plan to do that this year as well, but have heard from others about possibly doing a float!

Our sweet daycare kids made Pastor Matt some handmade posters to show him just how much he’s loved and appreciated. What a special blessing this morning!
