Strong churches need encouraged pastors.
Many pastors across New England faithfully serve their congregations while working additional jobs, navigating spiritual challenges, and ministering in a culture that is often resistant to the Gospel. These Pastor's Encouragement Retreats provide a place for pastors and their spouses to rest, recharge, and be reminded they are not alone.
This New England Pastor's Day, join us in supporting those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
Ministry is a beautiful calling. But in New England, it can be very hard. Most of our pastors lead small churches with very little money. They have to work second jobs just to support their families and keep the church doors open. On top of that heavy workload, they face a non-religious culture and the heartbreak of watching people leave the faith. This leaves pastors and their spouses feeling alone, discouraged, and running on empty.
This Thursday, June 25, is New England Pastor’s Day. We are trying to raise $200,000 to sponsor couples for this year’s Pastor’s Encouragement Retreats. Because of generous donors, these couples get to attend for free.
Why your help matters:
These retreats give pastors a safe place to rest, worship, and connect with other leaders. Your support keeps pastors in the ministry where God called them. In fact, for those who attend, the number of leaders leaving ministry in New England dropped from 50% down to just 5%.
Your sponsorship gift provides deep encouragement. They leave the retreats spiritually refreshed, renewed, and ready to keep serving. Will you help us hit our goal?
