h the Gospel of the Christ. Jesus was born, lived a sinless life, was undeservingly crucified, buried and rose again on the third day so that you and I could be restored to communion with Him. If you do not know for sure that you would go to heaven when you die, Jesus Christ would like to give you that assurance. Please visit our “Salvation” page for more details.

The Bible teaches that physical life is a soul present in a body. A soul is present in a body at the moment of conception. A baby is alive and is living while it is in its mother’s womb. Life does not begin when the baby takes its first breath. Life begins at conception. Death happens the moment the soul leaves a body.

What is life according to the Bible? It is the presence of a soul in a body—not the breath or the blood, but the soul. The soul is the source of life.
