Our time has changed to 6:45 due to sunrise being at 7:15... hope you can come and join us! Breakfast will be at the church at 8:30 with worship afterwards...

We are blessed with having a sunrise service on April 5th, 2015 at 6 am at the beach on Gillham Lake. We will also be having breakfast! So ,come and join us! Any questions call me or post here. Hope to see you soon

Well today is Christmas Eve. Please take time to reflect on why we're gathering all the families and exchanging gifts. Brother Billy Sullivan, asked a question that I want to pass along to you. "What gift will you be giving to Jesus? " wow just imagine my surprise when I thought about it. We are celebrating Christ's birthday yet we get the presents. How unfair is that? Now I ask you what will YOU BE GIVING TO JESUS?

OK, so with the Christmas season we can't get coordinated with our next class so we decided to wait until after the new year. We will keep you posted and let you know the exact time... It will be about STRESS!! can I say trying to schedule a gathering and working around everyone's schedules.... we need to de-stress.. Remember Jesus is the reason we celebrate this winter season..

Wow, our first workshop "FAT BURNING" was so much fun. We had great food and this awesome inspiring woman, Jennifer Barrett, spoke about moving our bodies! How exercising should be a daily routine just like eating and sleeping. Now, exercising could be anything from walking to dancing. Any movement that you do for 1 minute or more is exercise! So move your bodies and eat healthy. More workshops to follow...
