This morning, Father McKee and the St. Francis of Assisi parish family gathered to honor our own Madelyn McBride as she retires after 30 years of dedicated service as Director of Religious Education.

We are deeply grateful for the countless ways Madelyn has helped generations of children, youth, and adults grow in their faith and prepare to receive the sacraments. Her commitment, compassion, and devotion have left a lasting impact on our parish community.

Thank you, Madelyn, for your faithful service and for the many lives you have touched over the past three decades. We wish you every blessing and happiness in your retirement!

This morning SFA hosted the Memorial Day Remembrance and Wreath laying at the corner of Saxer and Johnston. Our own Deacon Baxter and Deacon McGonigal were part of the event and lead the gathered neighbors in prayer. Thank you to our parishioners Rich and Patty Debany who help organize and to coordinate the day.
