October is Pastor Appreciation Month! 🎉

Every week this month, we'll be spotlighting one of our pastors and giving our church family a chance to show them some love. Keep an eye out each week, and join in!

First up, we're celebrating our lead pastor, Pastor Adam!
Pastor Adam joined our church family this year, and we are so glad he answered God's call to come here! We love his passion for teaching the Bible, and helping our church grow in becoming more like Jesus!

Join us for our fun-filled Pumpkin Party designed especially for our church families with kids in fifth grade and under! Each family gets one pumpkin to decorate together with supplies that we provide! We will enjoy dinner together, have a crafty snack, and have lots of other fun!

There is no cost to attend, but please RSVP on the Church Center app so we have enough pumpkins and food for everyone. Please register all adults and children who plan to attend.

When was the last time you felt burdened for something?

Not annoyed or inconvenienced... burdened. The kind of thing that is still there when you lie down at night.

Nehemiah got news from home that did that to him. His city was in ruins, the wall was down, the gates were burned, and the people he came from were living in the middle of it. He sat down and wept.

Then the Lord took that burden and turned it into belief that it was time for things to change.

Here is the part that surprises people. The wall goes back up in 52 days, and the book keeps going for seven more chapters. It was never really about the wall. God was rebuilding His people, and He was preparing them for something new.

Our new series, The Real Work, starts tomorrow. Sundays at 9:15 and 11:00.
