Our Mother of Perpetual Help,
we come before you with humble and trusting hearts.
You are our loving Mother, and we place our needs and petitions in your hands.

Help us in our difficulties,
comfort us in our trials,
and strengthen us when our faith becomes weak.

Intercede for our families,
for the sick and suffering,
for those who are struggling,
and for all who have asked for our prayers.

Mother of Perpetual Help,
lead us always to your Son, Jesus.
Teach us to trust in God’s loving plan
and to persevere in prayer with hope.

We especially ask for this intention:
