Congratulations to Our Civic Leaders!
Omega CDC is proud to celebrate three members of the Omega CDC family who recently graduated from the Civic Leadership Program, powered by Learn to Earn Dayton.
Roe Woods is stepping into an advocacy seat driven by policy change, coalition building, and citizen mobilization, with a focus on housing, workforce development, youth opportunity, and economic equity.
Porothea Dennis carries a vision rooted in lasting change, committed to supporting families and strengthening communities through board service and city/county leadership.
We also want to give a special shoutout to Shirley Williams, a dedicated resident leader who earned her place in this inaugural class. Though she wasn’t able to attend the ceremony, her accomplishment is just as celebrated. Shirley, your community sees you! 👏🏾
These leaders are rooted in community, clear in purpose, and ready to serve.
Congratulations, graduates! 💛
