Here’s a worthy life goal for every believer:
Oh that my life would be more about Christ, and less about me.

John the Baptist expressed this desire: “He [Jesus] must increase, but I must decrease” (John 3:30). As did the Apostle Paul: “But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God” (Acts 20:24).

Snacking on tasty hot dogs and soft-serve ice cream, followed by a entertaining co****le tournament.

How’s Your Prayer Life?

Too often our prayers are inwardly focused—merely a wish-list for our own happiness or a log of complaints for God to fix.

In 1 Timothy 2:1-7, Paul is calling us to more … to BIGGER prayers. Church, don’t just pray “Me” prayers, pray as God desires (v.4): for ‘all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.’
