The Ohio Baptist Foundation is offering a free seminar and lunch at the FBK Sugarcreek campus on Oct. 25th after church to share about how you can 'Leave a Legacy'. Sign up to attend at the link below.

They will share about who they are, what kinds of funds they currently manage that help pastors & churches with their ministries, and present ideas for people to consider about giving that could benefit their families, their church, and other Ohio Baptist churches and pastors. They will leave time at the end of the seminar for attendee questions regarding any estate planning.

Plan to attend if you would like to receive a free lunch, some valuable tips on saving money through wills and trusts, and how to avoid costly probate court, which ties up your estate for 9 months to 1.5 years.

Other topics include Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA, and Beneficiary Designations. If you do not have a will, Ohio Baptist Foundation will provide that service at no cost if you participate in giving to OBF. Additional legal services are offered at a discount.

Have you given to the Harvest Offering?

Every year FBK takes up a Harvest Offering during the month of our church anniversary to fund special projects. This year the church offering goal is $38,000, and it will be used toward (1) Carpeting the Conference Room and Office Suite at Eastmont, (2) purchasing cushioned chairs for the Adult Wing at Sugarcreek, and (3) carpeting and furnishing the missionary residence at Kettering.
