Elevate Kids Playdate at the Park!
Our K–5th graders are invited to join us for an afternoon of fun on Saturday, April 25, from 1–3 PM at Main Street Park in Dawsonville!
We’ll meet at Harmony Baptist Church at 12:30 PM and ride the church bus together.
It’s a great chance for our kids to play, connect, and enjoy time outside with friends.

✨ Elevate Kids had an unforgettable day at the Biblical History Center in LaGrange, GA! ✨
What an incredible experience walking through history together.

Our kids (and leaders!) explored so many hands‑on, eye‑opening parts of Ancient Israel:

🌿 We stood in the Garden of Gethsemane
🍇 Saw how grapes were crushed for wine
✝️ Viewed a cross made from an actual tree, not the polished lumber we often imagine
📜 Looked at Bibles from the 1600s
🪨 Watched the stone rolled from the tomb
🏘️ Walked through a recreated ancient Israeli town and learned how families lived
🏺 Saw real artifacts from Israel—no photos allowed because they’re on loan directly from Israel!

Then we gathered for a historically accurate Biblical meal, complete with traditional blessings, shared dishes, and even learning where some of the disciples would have sat and why those seats mattered.

We laughed, learned, explored, and came home with full hearts and so many stories to tell.
What a gift to help our kids experience the Bible in such a real and meaningful way.

Elevate Kids is heading to the Biblical History Center!
K–5th graders are invited to join us on Friday, March 13, for a day trip to experience Ancient Israel in LaGrange, GA. We’ll leave Harmony at 7:00 AM on the church bus, grab breakfast on the way, and enjoy the tour plus the authentic Biblical meal.

We’ll return around 5–6 PM and will keep parents updated once we’re on the road home.

❤️ What a Sweet Morning at Harmony Baptist Church! ❤️

Our Elevate Kids Ministry did an incredible job hosting a special Valentine’s Breakfast for our church family today. From smiling faces to servant hearts, these kids helped create a morning filled with love, fellowship, and delicious food.

We are so proud of their hard work and grateful for every volunteer, parent, and church member who joined us. Moments like these remind us how blessed we are to grow together as a church family.

Due to the impending winter weather and out of an abundance of caution, we are canceling the Elevate Kids “Slice of Heaven” Pizza Party scheduled for Saturday, January 24th.

✨ Elevate Kids Night Out! ✨ We had such a great night together recently —good food, lots of laughs, and the most magical Christmas lights to top it all off. Watching our kids enjoy the season and each other is truly the best part of what we do.
