Due to the strong possibility of storms and rain tomorrow, First Sunday Lunch and Splash Bash are being pushed to the following Sunday. So, tomorrow is a regular church Sunday and the next week will be an incredible time to enjoy community over lunch and to let the kids have an amazing time splashing, playing games, and having fun! See you tomorrow!

The King came to declare the true Kingdom.

This is what we want. The Kingdom with every man, woman, and child declaring the greatness of the only one who is worthy, Jesus.

Jesus (right before his death) declared, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those in authority over them call themselves benefactors. But you shall not be like them. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who leads like the one who serves. For who is greater, the one who reclines at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who reclines? But I am among you as one who serves. Luke 22:25-27

Jesus came to serve… and so do we.

Let’s serve Dawsonville in prayer and love.

We will gather at the Outlet Mall (outside, just left of the Food Court if you are facing the building - just inside if it’s raining) at 5:30 pm.

Then, we’ll walk and pray. You may recite The Lord’s Prayer, Psalm 23, the name of Jesus, or whatever God puts on your heart. If God leads you to pray for someone or something specifically, be bold! Holy Spirit please make us bold. If He leads you to enter a store or start a conversation, be bold!

We are not there to “evangelize”, but if you feel God leading you to tell someone about Jesus, be bold!
