Shout out to IGY6 Coffee, Every time I go there, the service is top notch and the workers are extremely friendly/helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them and the coffee is GREAT!

This past weekend we had a Beatdown that pushed us all to our limits and got past our comfort zones, to help us all get a bit stronger, and that is what F3 is all about, pushing past comfort to help us all improve and become better/stronger and find that we are more capable than we realize, if we keep going.
