Don't forget about the Encounter Sponsor eat and meet tomorrow night at Church (begins at 6:00 pm) Students are to bring a dish as we are providing our Sponsors a potluck dinner. Tami and I are bringing sloppy joe. make sure you make every attempt possible to be there as your sponsorers made it possible for you to go to Encounter in December.

When it comes to your relationship with God, you have a choice. You can choose to step towards Him or step away from Him. It is not easy stepping towards God, but is very easy to step away from Him. Friends, family and day to day peer pressures provide mountains in our daily Christian life, but we need to remember the KOOL-AID!!

..... 23 days and counting.... God, I just come to you in prayer right now and ask that you send your Holy Spirit to start doing Your miraculous work in each of the students lives. Start preparing their hearts for a God breathed, Holy Spirit filled, life changing event at Encounter 2011. I ask that you begin ministering to the leaders that you have blessed Tami and I with to guide and mentor these awesome students in their spiritual growth. I ask that you break down all walls and remove all obstacles over the next few weeks to allow both the leaders and students to shift their total focus on You and Encounter. Father, I thank you in advance for the lives that WILL be changed this year and thank you for calling my wife and I to be part of these students and leaders lives. Let us do and say all things that bring you all the glory and praise, In Jesus name, Amen.

GREAT Job this weekend guys and gals. I appreciate all of the help you provided yesterday with Octoberfest. You all really came thru in true H.E.R.D fashion. I sooooo appreciate each one of you.
