🎉✨ Welcome, 2026! ✨🎉

As we step into a new year, we give thanks to God for His faithfulness through every season. Since 1774, the Lord has been our refuge and strength, guiding Tyrone Presbyterian Church from generation to generation.

“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.” — Lamentations 3:22–23

May 2026 be a year marked by renewed faith, deeper fellowship, and joyful service to our community. We trust the Lord with what lies ahead, knowing that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).

Our church family at Tyrone Presbyterian Church is saddened to share the passing of Rebecca “Becky” Ann Cottom. Many in our congregation and community knew Becky for her kindness, warm spirit, and the care she showed to those around her.

Today was a perfect day to Remember, Honor, and Teach of the sacrifice that our armed forces have made for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Thank you Troop 150 Scottdale Pa for helping with the ceremony. Our scout troop continues to be a blessing to the mission of our Church. Thank you to our guest bugler, Hunter! Thank you to all our wreath sponsors who made it possible for us to honor the veterans in the Tyrone Presbyterian Church Graveyard and the Bethel Church Cemetery.

We hope to see you at 1:30pm at 402 Jimtown Road, Dawson, PA 15428 as we honor our veterans with a Wreaths Across America Ceremony followed by the placement of wreaths at the graves of Veterans at our graveyard and the Bethel Church Cemetery. 🇺🇸🎄⛪️

We have a lot going on tomorrow as a part of the The Greater Tri-Town Area Historical Society Christmas in the Tri-Town event.

9am-1pm Christmas Rummage Sale in our basement along with a Christmas Bake Sale.

9:30am-12pm in the Tyrone Schoolhouse we will have a Dartball Derby for anyone to participate in.

1:30pm we will hold a Veteran's Ceremony in our graveyard followed by PATYPC - Wreaths Across America wreath placement in our graveyard along with the Bethel Church Cemetery. Our Boy Scouts Troop 150 Scottdale Pa will be helping us with the ceremony.

We hope to see you at one or more of our events!
