Welcome to our Service Spotlight — a series celebrating the volunteers whose dedication and service make our community shine. For our inaugural feature, we’re proud to highlight the Youth of the Zoroastrian Association of California (ZAC), whose leadership and commitment have made a lasting impact across the community.
The youth at ZAC are always finding ways to give back and stay involved in their community. Throughout the year, they come together for different service activities, including cleaning the Atash Kadeh at least twice a year, helping keep the space cared for and ready for the community.
More recently, during the 10 days of Muktad, the youth volunteered each day to help clean and prepare the Atash Kadeh for prayers. It was a meaningful way for them to work together, support one another, and help care for a space that means so much to the ZAC community.
We thank the ZAC Youth for the impact they continue to make within the Zoroastrian community, and hope their dedication inspires other youth to get involved, give back, and carry forward the spirit of service.
