Thirty. Hour. Famine.

Wow. What a journey. We are so proud of these 16 students from Davidson College Presbyterian and Davidson UMC that fasted over the last thirty hours!

The 30 Hour Famine is an overnight event where middle and high school students experience the ancient Christian practice of fasting from food to connect with God and the experience of hungry people around the world. We’re teaming up with the youth of Davidson College Presbyterian Church for this event where we’ll play games, serve the hungry in our community, and spend some time asking God what each of us can do to make sure everyone in the world has enough to eat.
