Join us at Saint Mary Catholic Church for the Encounter School of Identity, a powerful two day experience designed to help you recognize your identity as a beloved son or daughter of God.

Sessions will explore:
Recognizing God’s voice
Renewing negative or fearful thought patterns
Understanding your identity in Christ
Growing in peace
Learning more about the Holy Spirit and the gifts He gives us

You do not need any special experience and you do not need to arrive knowing how to pray over others or speak in front of a group. The weekend is designed to help ordinary Catholics learn, receive, and grow in a welcoming environment. You can come, listen, participate at your own comfort level, and simply allow God to meet you where you are.

You are invited to a unique bible study! Created by Jeff & Emily Cavins, you will use scripture to explore virtues that will help you grow in your faith through prayer and daily discipleship. The journal will guide you through daily scripture passages. The group session on Fridays will review the scriptures and provide a video that will challenge you to put the virtue to practice in your daily life. RSVP is required by August 27 (so the journals can be ordered). $20 suggested donation to cover the cost of the journal. Begins after Labor Day.
