On Sunday, Cheryl Winger visited LifeBridge Church to share about Quest for Christ, a unique ministry to kids attending public elementary schools in Davenpot, Bettendorf, and Pleasant Valley.

Quest for Christ meet right before or after school for 13 weeks and provide outreach to students through games, Bible lessons, small group discussions, hands-on activities, snacks, friends, and fun provided by engaging volunteers. In short: QFC meets right where they're at to share the love of Jesus.

Help us show our love and support for students in need at Jackson Elementary School through BACKPACK BLESSINGS at LifeBridge Church.

Traci Wulf, Director of Missions at LifeBridge, is inviting us to donate backpacks (new or gently pre-owned) to be given to students at Jackson in need of them. You're also invited to give pre-packaged snacks for kids including chips, cookies, snack bars, gummies, and crackers.

Please bring these donated items to the Backpack Blessings tote in the lobby at LifeBridge by Sunday, September 13.

Just a few months ago, we celebrated FIFTEEN baptisms at LifeBridge Church with an outdoor service. We're delighted to announce that because there are more people who wish to be baptized, we're adding one more outdoor baptism service on Sunday, September 13.

Do you want to be baptized as a believer in Jesus Christ? Contact Pastor Russ at [email protected]. He'll answer any questions you may have and will be glad to add you to those who will be baptized September 13.

It will be a beautiful, unforgettable service and we look forward to seeing you there!

We asked many at LifeBridge Church what we could do to improve our First Wednesday Worship & Bible Study. The number one response: "We want something provided for our kids."

In light of that, we're providing Kids' Church for our First Wednesday Worship & Bible Study, starting this Wednesday, September 2 at 6:30pm. This means your Kindergarten through 6th Grade-age kids will be invited to their own fun and interactive gathering (after two opening worship songs with everyone in the Fellowship Hall) for games, activities, and a devotional.

First Wednesday Worship & Bible Study starts at 6:30pm and is a laid-back and interactive time of worship with a Bible study led by Pastor Russ and lots of time devoted to fellowship and discussion. We will finish by 7:30pm to help keep everyone on schedule for getting families home and ready for bedtime.

Join us for our LifeBridge Church Back-to-School, tomorrow, Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM. LifeBridge Kids will be a BIG part of this special Sunday, from greeting, to worship, and more!

Bring your best smile for a back-to-school pic at our photo booth. We’ll have a gift for each student in attendance!

Pastor Russ will share an inspirational back-to-school message and we’ll pray special blessings over all students and school staff to have their best year yet! Come and bring a friend. We can't wait to see you there!
