Introduction:

As believers, we often ponder the fate of those who have not heard the Gospel or accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Does God have a plan for their salvation? The answer is a resounding yes! In Ephesians 1:2-14, we find a profound statement of God's Universal Plan of Salvation, which reveals His desire to save all humanity through His Son, Jesus Christ. But what drives this desire? The answer lies in God's absolute ownership of His creation.

Psalm 24:1 declares, "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world and all who live in it." This verse reminds us that God is the sovereign owner of all creation, including every human being. As the owner, He has the right to determine the fate of His creation. And what does He desire? The salvation of all humanity.

*Summary:*

God's Universal Plan of Salvation is rooted in His love for all humanity, regardless of race, nationality, gender, or creed. Through Jesus Christ, God provided a plan for universal salvation, paying the price of sin for all humanity before the foundations of the earth (Ephesians 1:4). This plan is available to all who believe and receive Jesus Christ, and it is the power of God unto salvation for all who believe (Romans 1:16, John 1:12).

1. _God's Sovereign Ownership_: God owns everything, including every human being (Psalm 24:1). As the owner, He has the right to determine the fate of His creation.
