Many of you know my deep involvement with the Knights of Columbus- Knights of Columbus-Fr. John F. Hogan Council #14236
in Dartmouth serving the parishes of St. Julies and St Mary's.
Well, it is our annual golf tournament and raffle and we are again looking for Hole Sponsors ($100), Donations (gift cards, basket of food or wine) and/or Golfers ($110/golfer including lunch and dinner.
This year's event will be held at Heritage Hill Golf Club in Lakeville (the old Back Nine) starting at12 noon with a 1PM shotgun start. A box lunch will be given upon arrival and also a gift bag. A BBQ Dinner will be served and winners of the tournament, closest to the hole and raffles will be announced.
Last year's tournament was a success making a profit of over $7500 which was donated to 5 local charities. Our two-time returning champs (Bob Shurtleff, Jim Camacho, Mike Wedge and Charlie Powers) are looking for a "three-peat and are welcoming all challengers.
