Thank you to everyone who came out to Clarendon Hills Cemetery to honor our fallen service members at yesterday’s Memorial Day Service. A special thank you to Darien VFW Post 2838, the Downers Grove Choral Society, and the local Boy Scouts who helped make the service especially meaningful.

Join us this Memorial Day as we honor & remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Volunteers are needed to help with the flags. Please read below:
5 p.m. Today
Volunteers will place U.S. flags at the graves of over 1,500 veterans. (Please bring a large screwdriver to help create a hole for flag stems.)

3 p.m. Monday, May 25
Flags will be removed by volunteers on Memorial Day. Please join with the Darien VFW, area scout troops and families.
