And that’s a wrap! 🎬 Our 2026 VBS was a major success. Today we learned about the power of the Holy Spirit and that Jesus sent Him to be our helper, comforter, and friend. Thank you for all the prayers over our leaders and the kids! We had an awesome week.

LATEST UPDATES - PASTOR KILPATRICK'S SHOULDER SURGERY

2:45 PM - Pastor Kilpatrick is now at home, has enjoyed a snack, and is resting comfortably. He and Brenda are thankful for each of you. You have shown what a true church family is all about. Thank you more than words can say!

10:45 AM - Pastor Kilpatrick is out of surgery and is currently in recovery. Everything went extremely well. The surgeon said they were able to complete the procedure without cutting the muscle, which is a direct answer to prayer. Praise the Lord!

8:30 AM - Pastor Kilpatrick has been taken into the operating room. The surgeon anticipates that the procedure will last approximately two hours. He and Brenda are deeply grateful for the prayers, love, and support you have shown them prior to today's surgery. We will provide additional updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your continued prayers.

We’ve had such a great week learning about the cross, repentance, and forgiveness found in God’s kingdom. Tomorrow (Thursday) is the last day of VBS, where we’ll learn about the power found in God’s kingdom!

Day 2 of VBS was a BLAST! We were slipping and sliding, crafting, and worshipping! Today’s focus was the cross and the victory found in God’s Kingdom.

Kingdom Quest Vacation Bible School has begun and we’re loving every second! We’re learning about God’s kingdom and the hope found in Jesus. It’s been a day full of fun.

Young Families Date Nite was a smashing success! We spent the evening in Fairhope, enjoying pizza, ice cream, and each other’s company! CHP has several groups to connect with- check out our website to find a group that’s right for you.

Young Adults, have you registered yet?! June 12th at 7 PM is Strike Nite! We’re kicking off summer with a night full of bowling, laughs, and great company. Whether you’re the one aiming for a perfect game or the one celebrating every pin you manage to knock down, you’ll fit right in. 🎳

The power of Wednesday prayer is not just experienced downstairs with the adults, but the glory of God is present in the youth services upstairs! Prayer changes everything.

Parents, June 6th is your night out! Join us at Nini’s Square in Fairhope at 6:30 PM for pizza, followed by a sweet stop at Mr. Gene’s Beans for ice cream.
Free childcare will be provided at the church for kids ages 11 and under. Drop‑off begins at 6 PM, and pickup is at 9 PM.
Enjoy a relaxed evening together while the kids have a fun night of their own.
