Dear Christ Wesleyan Family,

In anticipation of tropical weather this weekend and out of an abundance of caution, we are postponing the churchwide picnic until October 25.

We are currently planning on regular Sunday morning worship services at 10:30 a.m. on October 11.

We understand that the weather may have moved out of our area by Sunday. However, we want to allow plenty of time and space for everyone to prepare for the storm and to turn our attention afterwards to any needs that our church and community may have.

Blessings,

Dr. Rob + Pastor Robert

The sacred often looks ordinary.

A conversation. A belly laugh. A question you didn’t see coming. A hand reaching for yours. A room full of noise and life.

Maybe holiness isn’t always found in the big, extraordinary moments. Maybe sometimes it looks a lot like this—ordinary people, ordinary days, and a God who is present in all of it.

May we slow down enough to notice.

Faith doesn't stay at church.

It comes with us into Monday morning.

Into our work.
Our relationships.
Our homes.
Our conversations.
Our decisions.
Our ordinary routines.

Following Jesus isn't just something we do for an hour on Sunday. It's something we practice in the everyday.

What could it look like to live your faith a little more intentionally this week?

Join us for some fall fun at our annual church picnic! We’ll have food, music, games, a hayride, and a special moment to celebrate communion together as a church family. Invite your friends, and your neighbors too, because fun like this is even better when shared!

Text “PICNIC” to (844) 554-9309 to learn everything you need to know for the church picnic.
