Dear Jesus,

I need your gift of salvation. I repent of my sins. I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that You are Lord and Son of the only true and living God.

I believe that you died on the cross for me and God the Father raised you up on the third day. Jesus be my Lord, be my Savior, and be my God. I receive you now and thank you for saving me.
