As Pastor of New Horizon Missionary Baptist Church, I had the blessed honor and privilege of celebrating and honoring Deacon Bill Masterson for his 18 years of faithful service to his Church and to his Pastor. Deacon Masterson has served in this position with great honor and spiritual integrity. He has given of his time, talent and treasure in helping his Church Family.
