Chrismons Ministry - Ascension Lutheran Church Chrismons Ministry Started in our Church in 1957. Chrimons are made in white or gold. Gold is a symbol for the glory and majesty of our Savior.

White is the Liturgical color for Christmas, and portrays our Savior's innocence, purity and perfection. Chrismons are Christ's Monogram. Symbols used to depict the life and mission of Christ are taken from those ancient Christians used to identify each other or share his story with others. Chrismons are not intended to be sold as a finished product, but made and given out of love.
