Miss church this morning? Then join us this afternoon at Grace Anglican Fellowship, when we'll be continuing our sermon series on Paul's letter to the Romans! Christians are always taught to be humble, but in today's reading from Romans, Paul gives us three reasons to boast. This afternoon, we'll look at what we have to boast about in Christ, and then we'll gather around the altar to share in the meal that gives us a foretaste of the heavenly banquet. Tomorrow is Ascension Sunday, which has tended to be neglected or downplayed in the Church at large. Ascension Sunday, however, is a vital part of the Easter Season, because it teaches that Christ has ascended to heaven, is enthroned at the right hand of God, and rules today (Mark 16:19). On this important feast day, Fr. A. J. Gunther, recently returned to the United States from the Diocese of Egypt, will be preaching and presiding. We'd like to invite you to join us at Grace Anglican Fellowship on this special day!
