THE ARMOR OF GOD
"Helmet of Salvation & the Sword of the Spirit"
โ€ข In soccer, we might not have helmets, like some other sports, but we use our heads in other ways.
โ€ข It is important in soccer to keep our heads up and to communicate with our teammates.
โ€ข In life God has given us a gift of his word that we hear with our ears and communicate with our lips to those around us that Jesus has won the victory for us.
โ€ข We are personally assured that Christ has paid for our salvation so that we can live lives of STEADFAST faith. We have the helmet of salvation that covers our minds and keeps us from doubt and fear.
โ€ข We are also blessed to communicate these truths to others as we wield the sword of the Spirit.
