Do you need some more spiritual food? If so, join us Wednesday afternoon at 5 p.m. for our weekly Prayer Service. We gather to pray for each other, our church, our friends and family and our nation. Everyone is welcome!!

Sunday School at 10 a.m. and what a lesson, the story of The Good Samaritan!! Serving Neighbors, Serving God. Then worship at 11 a.m. with Bible Study this afternoon at 4 p.m. Everyone is welcome to come and join us for any or all of our services.

Yep, it is rather cold out; but, the church has a new heating system so it will be nice and warm for us to go Worship God!! Also, I am certain Calvin will have a great message for us. See you there!!!

Join us tomorrow for Sunday School at 10 and worship at 11 a.m. The church will be WARM and DRY even if it is raining outside.

The church has heat again!! Candle light, communion service tomorrow night at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited to come join us to celebrate the birth of Christ.

Wow!! The DEVIL was really trying to keep us from worshiping today. We had NO heat in the Fellowship Hall as well as none in the church. However, we did not let that stop us from Praising God!! Like I said this morning, "Get behind me Satan!!". My God is greater than you!! See everyone next Sunday!!

It is Sunday morning , let us all go into the House of the Lord and sing praises to him. It doesn't matter iwe won't be in the church due to lack of heat, we will be in the Fellowship Hall (with heat) and have fellowship with all our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our Sunday School lesson this morning is about praising God!! Hope to see you all there.

I am sorry to have to tell everyone this; but, we will still be meeting in the Fellowship Hall this week-end. Rest assured the gentlemen who are working to replace the furnance are going as fast as they can. I would urge anyone who can to attend a play entitled The Way, The Truth and The Life at the Community Baptist Church. It will be done tonight at 6 p.m. and tomorrow at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. The church is at 2400 Hwy 174 Danielsville. Admission is free, if you want more information or reservations you may call Dorothy Duncan at 706-207-6103 or 706-335-5148.

UMW meeting Tuesday, October 7th in the home of June Ward at 1:30 p.m. All women are invited and encouraged to attend. Prayer service will be Wednesday, October 8th at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. We have so much going on this month as we prepare for Charge Conference. Please be in prayer for our church leaders and members as we have decisions to be made.
