Good afternoon guys. As you know, we try to help at least 100 kids have Christmas. We are about $1000 short of our goal for the year. We would all really appreciate any donation, you can give, to help the kids. 100% of all donations will go to help.

Another great missions week. Thanks to everyone who was a part of it.

This is my “change jar” in Quezaltepeque. I put my change in there and when we have our missions service, usually on the first Saturday of the month, I give the money away with a drawing. It usually ends up being about $30. That is a normal week’s pay here. We also give away about 30 bags of food each month. That’s about $12 per bag. We also need to pay rent on the building. It’s $325.00 per month plus utilities. We would welcome donation for anyone who wants to help.

The Mission team will be leaving on October 31 for a week long trip. The main goal is always to tell people about Jesus and people are always more able to hear with quenched thirst and satiated bellies. The team will take a meal with them as they visit each village. A good bean and cheese sandwich goes a long way to say we see you and we care. The team will also leave bags of food (cost~$12) that will last a family of four about a week. There are severe thunderstorms & monsoon rains hitting the area right now. The need is bound to be greater than normal this year. That’s where you come in. A $5,$10,$20 donation can make a huge difference in someone’s life. I ask you give if you can and pray for the team and for many souls come to know Christ through their efforts.
