Hey, Journey Church Fam!
There are some exciting events coming up this week and a couple events you DON’T want to miss! Save the dates on your calendar!

📍Tuesday, June 9th at 7pm, Ladies Fellowship.

📍Thursday, June 11th at 7:30 pm, Missionary Service with the Hefner’s serving Slovakia.

📍July 6th - 10th at 6-8pm, Vacation Bible School at Journey Church. You can expect action songs, crafts games and lessons with a Circus Theme. All are welcome to this free, Family Friendly event!

📍Sunday, July 12th at 11am-2pm at Owen Bell Park, Friends Day Picnic. We will have a time of devotion, food, games and fun!

Join us on Sunday to celebrate Pentecost!

Not sure what Pentecost is or why it’s important?
Pentecost was the Feast of Weeks celebrating the wheat harvest. It occurred 50 days after Passover.

In Acts chapter 2, we can see the outpouring of the Holy Ghost during this Feast. Believers were gathered together praying and waiting on God to move (because He asked them to at an earlier time).

The promise of the Holy Ghost is for everyone! Come hear about Pentecost Sunday at Journey Church! Sunday, 5/24 at 10am.
