RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29TH 2026

🙏DO GOOD WORKS🙏

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him (Acts 10:38)

The life of the Lord Jesus was characterised by good works, extraordinary miracles. The Bible says there were many things He did which are not written in the book. If they were to be written, every one of them, the whole world itself wouldn’t have contained the books that would have been written (John 21:25). And this wasn’t an exaggeration.

Everywhere Jesus went, He brought blessing, healing, hope, and deliverance because that's who He was. He wasn't trying to prove His goodness by His works; His works were the expression of His life. The same is true about us. The Bible says, *"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works..." (Ephesians 2:10).

You were recreated unto good works. You have been fashioned for good works. That's your nature in Christ. The life of Jesus was a rehearsal for us. He rehearsed divinity to us. The Bible says as He is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17).

Remember what the Bible says about Him in Acts 10:38: He went about doing good; we read it in our opening scripture. Now you've entered into the same life. The life that caused Jesus to go about doing good is the very life that's at work in you today. Therefore, doing good works isn't something you struggle to achieve; it's the spontaneous expression of the divine life in you.

No wonder He said to us, *“Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give”(Matthew 10:8). Everywhere you go, express the divine life in you; manifest Christ. Let your words, actions and responses reveal the life and glory of Christ in you. Do good works! Keep bringing hope, healing, joy, salvation and blessings to your world.

CONFESSION
I am God’s excellent handiwork, recreated in Christ Jesus unto good works. The divine life in me is expressed today in my words, actions and responses. I continually manifest the Christ-life, being a partaker of His divine nature. Hallelujah!_

WEDNESDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2026.

✨CONSULT THE MANUAL✨

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

PASTOR CHRIS EXPLAINS;

Every manufacturer provides instructions for getting the best out of a product because the maker knows exactly how it was designed to function. In the same way, God has given you His Word so you can get the very best out of the life He's given you. He doesn’t want you to rely on guesswork or the opinions of others to know how to live the transcendent life He’s given you. Rather, He wants you to consult the manual: His Word.

His Word unveils His purpose for your life. His Word reveals who you are, what He created you for, and how to live the life He designed for you. The Bible says all Scripture is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness. It's the instruction manual for the life of righteousness.

As you study and live by God's Word, it trains you, corrects you, equips you, and thoroughly furnishes you for every good work. Through the Word, you're continually guided to walk in God's perfect will and fulfil His purpose for your life. Never navigate life by human reasoning or the opinions of the world when the Manufacturer has already given you His instructions.

His Word is dependable because it comes from the One who designed you. Make it your daily guide. As you live by it, you'll walk in His wisdom, fulfil His purpose, and live in the fullness of the life and blessings He planned for you before the world began.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for giving me your Word as the instruction manual for my life. As I study and live by it, I walk in your wisdom, fulfil your purpose, and experience the fullness of the life and blessings you've prepared for me. Your Word guides every decision I make and continually produces excellence and victory in me, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

HIS LABEL IS ON YOU

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10)

PASTOR CHRIS;
===========

When God's Word becomes a revelation to your spirit, it changes the way you see yourself. One of those profound revelations is what we just read in Ephesians 2:10: "For we are his workmanship...." It means you’re God’s handcraft, His excellent work of art. He certified you as the best and placed His label on you.

Think about a manufacturer who places its label on a product. That label is more than a name; it's a mark of ownership and identity. By putting its label on the product, the manufacturer is saying, "This is our workmanship." In the same way, God says, "You are my workmanship." He's bold to tell the whole world that you're His work.

You aren't a product of chance, nor are you the outcome of your past or your circumstances. You're God's workmanship, recreated in Christ Jesus. He fashioned you according to His own design and purpose. He created you to express His excellence, wisdom and glory.

If you want to get the best out of any piece of equipment, you consult the manufacturer's instruction manual. It's the same with your life. The One who made you also gave you His Word as your instruction manual, so you can discover who you are, what you were created for, and how to live in the fullness of His purpose.

As you live by His Word, the excellence of His workmanship is expressed through your life. Never think of yourself as ordinary or insignificant; everywhere you go, remember whose workmanship you are. Let your thoughts, words and actions reflect the excellence of the One who made you.

CONFESSION
I am God’s workmanship, His excellent handiwork, recreated in Christ Jesus unto good works. Divine excellence, wisdom and glory are expressed through me today. My life is the manifestation of Christ’s beauty, glory and perfection. I’m the best, and everything I do is perfect. Glory to God!

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

MONDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2026.

✨YOU’RE THE RESULT OF THE COVENANT✨

Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed (Acts 3:25).

PASTOR CHRIS EXPLAINS;
===================

Some Christians confidently say, "I'm in covenant with God." It sounds spiritual, and it's a popular expression in many Christian circles. But the popularity of a doctrine doesn't make it right. You are the seed of Abraham in Christ Jesus. Through Jesus Christ, you’re the fruit of the Abrahamic covenant.

Think about the marriage covenant between couples; it’ll help you understand this better. A husband and wife enter into a covenant through marriage, but their children aren't parties to that covenant. Rather, the children are the fruit of it. They are the result of the union established by their parents’ marriage covenant.

In the same way, the Christian isn't someone trying to maintain a covenant relationship with God or with the Lord Jesus. The Christian is the fruit of the covenant. Being born of God, you're the heir of the blessings of the covenant.

This is why the Bible doesn't describe the Christian as merely a worshipper or a servant of God. A Christian is one who's born again with the very life and nature of God. You're a new creation, a new kind of man. Your identity is rooted in the divine life you've received in Christ.

This understanding lifts your faith to a higher level. You don't approach God hoping He'll honour a covenant you think you have with Him. Rather, you live in the consciousness that you've been born of Him and into His household. You're an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:17).

Moreover, the Bible says, "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise" (Galatians 3:29). You're not trying to claim covenant blessings; you're the heir or inheritor of the blessings of the covenant because you belong to Christ.

Never reduce your relationship with God to that of someone standing outside, appealing to the terms of a covenant. You belong in the Father's house. You're His offspring, born of His Spirit; you're the glorious result of the new covenant which was established upon better promises through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

CONFESSION
In Christ Jesus, I’ve been made a fellow citizen with the saints and a member of the household of God. I’m born of God, possessing the divine nature. I'm an heir of God, a joint-heir with Christ, and the heir of the blessings of the covenant. I live in the consciousness of my divine heritage, enjoying the fullness of all that Christ accomplished for me, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

SUNDAY 25TH OCTOBER 2026.

✨YOU DON'T GROW IN RIGHTEOUSNESS✨

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

PASTOR CHRIS EXPLAINS;
===================

In Christianity, we grow spiritually, we grow in faith, and we grow in the knowledge of God’s Word. But we don’t grow in righteousness. Your righteousness doesn’t increase. What if I pray more, study the Word more, and mature in the things of God, won’t I become more righteous? You might ask.

While those things are beautiful and recommended because of their enormous blessings in your life, nothing increases or decreases your righteousness as a child of God. The teaching of the Scriptures is that the moment you were born again, the righteousness of Christ was imparted to your spirit. God didn't begin a process of making you righteous; He made you righteous. He gave you the very righteousness of Christ.

You're as righteous as Jesus is because it's His righteousness that was imparted to your spirit. Your righteousness isn't an inferior righteousness that gradually matures until it resembles His. No. It is God’s righteousness: “...and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD” (Isaiah 54:17).

Christ's righteousness is perfect, complete, and absolute; it can't be improved upon. Since it is His righteousness that has been imparted to you, you can't be more righteous tomorrow than you are today. You already have the maximum righteousness because you've received the righteousness of Christ.

As already stated, this doesn't mean there is no growth in the Christian life. Certainly, there is. You grow in wisdom and in the expression of the divine life that's in your spirit. But your righteousness is consummated from the moment of the New Birth because it is Christ's righteousness, not yours. Your spiritual growth is the unfolding of the life and nature you've already received, not an improvement of your righteousness.

Never think of yourself as one trying to become righteous. Rather, always be conscious that you're the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. It will give you boldness in God's presence, confidence in your fellowship with Him, and the assurance that your right standing with the Father rests forever on Christ's perfect righteousness imparted to your spirit.

PRAYER
Dear Father, you’ve made me your righteousness in Christ Jesus. I rejoice in the perfection of your righteousness in me. I walk in boldness, confidence, and unwavering assurance that I’m supremely blessed and eternally established in your righteousness. My life is the expression of your grace, glory and truth, today and always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

✨DON'T LIMIT GOD'S GRACE✨

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

PASTOR CHRIS SAYS;
================

Notice that the scripture above doesn’t only speak of receiving righteousness; it also speaks of receiving abundance of grace. Righteousness is a settled gift imparted to you at the New Birth. Grace, however, is God's limitless supply for your life, and He wants you to take full advantage of it. That's why He says, "...be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus" (2 Timothy 2:1).

Don’t limit God’s grace. Grace is available to every Christian, and you can receive as much of it as you can take a hold of. The Greek word is “Lambano”; it means to take hold of something and make it yours. God isn't limiting His grace, so don't limit your reception of it. Keep receiving more and more grace for greater strength, greater wisdom, greater effectiveness, and greater victories in your walk with Him.

Sadly, some approach God with hesitation. They say, "The Lord has already done so much for me; I shouldn't ask Him for too much." Others even feel apologetic whenever they pray for greater opportunities, bigger dreams, or increased resources. But that's not the language of faith, nor is it the mindset of grace.

God has never asked us to lower our expectations. Rather, He invites us to ask, receive, and walk in the fullness of His provisions. The Bible says, “But he giveth more grace…” (James 4:6). He said in Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Then in John 16:24, the Lord Jesus said, “…ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”

Never think your requests are too great for God or that your dreams exceed His ability. He delights in your faith. He’s the one who said, "Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession" (Psalm 2:8). He has more than enough for every one of His children. Therefore, refuse to think small.

Don't limit God's grace by limiting your faith. Keep receiving from His inexhaustible supply, confident that His grace is available to you in abundance for every assignment and every opportunity He's given you.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your abundant grace at work in my life. I boldly receive all that you have made available to me in Christ. I refuse to limit my faith or my expectations but continually take full advantage of your grace, walking in the fullness of your wisdom, strength, provision and victory, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

Notice the tenses in the scripture we just read; it emphasises a present reality: You've been called out of darkness into God’s marvellous light. This must become your consciousness. You're not trying to get into the light; you live there now.

This is consistent with what the Bible says in Colossians 1:12-13, _*“Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.”*_ Darkness has no dominion or jurisdiction over you because you've been translated into the Kingdom of light.

Now, in that marvellous light, sickness has no place. Fear cannot triumph. Defeat, poverty, sin, and death are vanquished. You’re forever in glory and dominion. Hallelujah! Also, notice that God didn’t merely stop at telling you where you now live; He also reveals why He brought you there: to show forth His praises.

The Amplified Classic of the opening scripture renders it beautifully: "...that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light." God’s purpose is to build His character in you, to reveal His glory in you. You become the walking glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, the expression of His beauty to your world.

He wants you to display His virtues and perfections in your family, workplace, business, profession, and everywhere. If you couldn't do it, He wouldn't have told you to. He brought you into His marvellous light to make you His light to your world: “Ye are the light of the world…” (Matthew 5:14).

🙏PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for calling me out of darkness into your marvellous light. I live in the consciousness of this glorious reality today, displaying your virtues, perfections, excellence, and glory to my world. My life is the expression of your beauty and character, and through me, many are brought into your marvellous light and the knowledge of your saving grace, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

THURSDAY 22ND OCTOBER 2026.

✨RIGHT LIVING BEGINS WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS✨

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 Corinthians 5:21).

PASTOR CHRIS EXPLAINS;
===================

Many Christians sincerely love God. They worship passionately, pray fervently, and strive to live holy lives. Yet, despite their sincerity, they continue trying to attain what God has already given them in Christ. They believe that if they pray more, do more good works, or become more disciplined, they'll eventually become righteous. But that's not the Gospel.

The Bible makes a clear distinction between righteousness and right living. Righteousness is your nature in Christ; right living is the expression of that nature. In other words, right living is the result of righteousness, not the means of attaining it.

If righteousness could be achieved through human effort, Jesus Christ would never have needed to come. His death, burial, and resurrection made available what no amount of personal striving could ever produce. The moment you were born again, you were made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. It wasn't a reward for good behaviour or years of faithful service; it was God's gracious gift to you in Christ (Romans 5:17).

2 Corinthians 5:21 says, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Because you've been made righteous, you now have the capacity to live right. Just as a good tree naturally bears good fruits, your recreated spirit produces fruits and works of righteousness because that's your nature.

God's order is always from the inside out. He first gave you His righteousness as your nature, and now He expects that nature to find expression in your thoughts, words, and actions. This is why the Christian life isn't sustained by self-effort but by the life of Christ in you, manifested through your daily walk.

Never measure your standing before God by your “performance.” Your righteous standing is founded on the finished works of Christ: _*“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast”*_ (Ephesians 2:8-9).

As you grow in the knowledge of who you are in Him, your conduct increasingly reflects His righteousness that's already at work within you. That’s because right living is the inevitable result of righteousness.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for making me your righteousness in Christ Jesus. I live in the reality of my new life and nature in Christ, producing the works and fruits of righteousness through the power of your Spirit. My life is the expression of your divine nature, excellence, holiness and victory, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
