Due to increased wildfire risk, the N.C. Forest Service has issued a ban on all open burning and has canceled all burning permits statewide effective 6 p.m…

02/10/2026

Due to the fact that the lower parking lot is still covered in snow, with ice underneath, and low response, the luncheon scheduled for tomorrow February 11th at 11:30 has been cancelled. If anyone wants to meet at River Rock, please let Pastor Lynne Caldwell know.

If you are on the Governing Board, you will need to park in the upper area for our meeting tomorrow and walk down to the fellowship hall. Many thanks to George for clearing the walkways for us. Be careful in the upper parking lot. Most of the snow has melted but it is still slushy.

We do hope that folks will join us next week on Ash Wednesday for Ash Wednesday service and lunch and fellowship conversation afterwards.

Sunday, February 22 FIRST SUNDAY OF LENT Join us as we begin a Lenten Series from A Sanctified Art--" Tell Me Something Good" and we explore new windows into the GOOD NEWS of God in Jesus throughout the Lenten Season.
