Happy Sabbath.
Every Sabbath is a quiet protest against the idea that we save ourselves. For one day, God asks humanity to stop producing, stop striving, and remember who the Creator is.

The world was not made holy by human hands, and neither are we. The God who breathed life into dust is still breathing restoration into tired souls. He alone can take what is common and call it sacred. He alone sanctifies time, hearts, and lives.

Today we honor mothers, grandmothers, daughters, mentors, friends, and every woman whose kindness, faith, and sacrifice help carry others through life.

Some are celebrating today with full hearts.
Others are missing someone deeply.
Some are exhausted. Some are healing. Some are still praying for brighter days.

Yet through every season, your presence matters more than you know.

The Bible says:

Proverbs 31:25

“She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.”

May today remind you that God sees every unseen sacrifice, every quiet prayer, every act of compassion, and every moment you chose love over giving up. 💛

You are warmly invited to join us this Sabbath, April 11, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at Konnarock Seventh-day Adventist Church for a special day of prayer, worship, and fellowship.

As part of the International Women’s Day of Prayer, the program will include meaningful prayer sessions for women, along with a worship service and potluck lunch open to all. A light breakfast will be available for those who arrive early.

We invite you to come and experience a day of spiritual encouragement and to bring a friend to share in this blessing.

Christ is risen!

Resurrection Sunday rises like light after the longest night. The grave could not hold Him, the stone could not silence Him, and death could not keep its claim on the Author of life. What seemed buried in sorrow was raised in glory. Christ is risen, and with Him hope breathes again, mercy speaks again, and weary hearts are invited to live again.

“He is not here, for He has risen.” — Matthew 28:6

Happy Sabbath.
“...Worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.” — Revelation 14:7

Sabbath calls us back to what matters most: worshiping the Creator. In a world full of noise, pressure, and distraction, God invites us to pause and remember that we are not here by accident. We were made by His hands, sustained by His power, and loved by His heart.

The Sabbath is a weekly reminder that the One we worship is the One who created heaven, earth, the sea, and all that is in them. It lifts our eyes above the temporary and fixes our hearts on the eternal. We rest today not only because we are tired, but because God is worthy. We worship not only because He commands it, but because He alone is our Creator, Redeemer, and King.

May the peace of this sacred day fill your home and renew your spirit as we pause from the week and turn our hearts toward God.

We also warmly invite you to join our Pathfinders for a special time when our young people lead in worship, service, and praise. It is a beautiful reminder that faith is lived, shared, and passed from one generation to the next.

“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

God invites you to take this day to pause, breathe, and let God’s peace fill your heart. Sabbath is His holy gift of rest—a chance to step back from the world, your weekly doings and your daily labor and draw near to Him in worship and fellowship.

May your soul be refreshed, your mind renewed, and your spirit lifted. 🙏
